The Tech Service Department along with Research & Development are in a new 2000 square foot state-of-the-art lab. Tech service receives an average of 400 samples a month from the field.

Your Sales Representative will determine the frequency and the size of the sample that needs to be sent to the lab for analysis.

Turn-around time for a routine samle is 3 - 5 working days after it is received.

Research & Development coordinates with Tech Service to troubleshoot problems and provide support to our technicians.
